		It is the committed aim of the practice to provide an independent professional Building Surveying service by ensuring that John is very closely involved with the day-to-day running of all projects. Whilst other professional disciplines are not directly employed within the Practice, a team of consultants can be assembled to suit the needs of individual projects and include Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers and Services Engineers with whom the Practice regularly works.
	John Naish has worked in private practice for most of his career, providing building surveying services to the commercial, private and public sectors and becoming a partner in 1989. His aim is to provide high calibre, professional building surveying services tailored to suit clients’ needs. The practice employs the latest computer aided design software and is committed to keeping abreast of industry advances through continued professional development. Clients range from private individuals, through small businesses, to university colleges and national companies, churches and charities. The practice operates from offices in the historic market town of Wantage, Oxfordshire, with easy access to excellent motorway and rail communications to the whole of the South of England and the Midlands. London, Southampton, Bristol and Birmingham are all within an hour’s travelling time.
